w00t932 Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 I was watching a bunch of live performances by Green Day today and I thought this would be a good topic. What is your favourite live performance by Green Day? My favourite changes all the time, but at the moment, it's this- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7G62qiURVHk There is so much energy in that performance, I also love the harmonies.

pucky Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 In my opinion, one of the best live performance of Basket Case ! I really love those old performances (they have so much energy) but it is unquestionable that BJ has improved A LOT the way he sings.
No Rhyme Or Reason Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 In my opinion, one of the best live performance of Basket Case ! It's fun to see the older performances like this one, but the way Billie twitches and stuff is kind of creepy... That's why I don't like a lot of their old performances very much, haha. Very distracting.... and unsettling. lol But I agree with pucky, Billie's gotten a lot better at singing. Actually, their performances in general have improved a lot over the years
Gregorovich Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 HITCHIN' A RIDE 1:00 - Mike Dirnt is a legend.
Bronni Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 MTV Jaded in Chicago 1994. That show was perfection.

greendepent Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 Another of my all time favorites was the average setlist from october 95 was a total blast, with the show Feb. 1, 1998, Nov 5, 2000, April 7, 2009 and of course, Oct 22, 2010, the gig that I went
.................... Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 I once watched a show from Youtube. It had an awesome setlist, and it was from before-Warning era. Too bad I can't find it anymore.
