Unknown Green Day T-shirt

So about 6 years ago in some antique shop i picked up a Green Day top that i had never seen before. I was just wondering if anyone knew anything about it.

I don't have it on me at the moment to upload a photo but will asap.

It has a face on the front and a skeleton on the back with lyrics from an early song called 'Coming Clean' .

Be great if anyone could shed some light as have searched the internet and cant find another like it.

Is it the basket case t-shirt? I used to have one that i bought back in 94-95. Black with green print if i remember rightly? Has the basket case artworkfrom inside the dookie booklet on the front and the coming clean artwork on the back?
