Okay so for the video you have two options:

1. You can email me a 2-3 minute video of yourself explaining how Green Day has saved and/or changed your life and basically just thanking them ORRRR
   
2. Email me original artwork/photography/etc. along with a written explanation of how Green Day has saved and/or changed your life that I will read in the video
   

when you’re done just email it to natalienicolecrow@gmail.com
