(2010-present) On April 23, 2010, the band played their first new song since 2008 at a show in New York City called "It's Fuck Time". On October 31, 2010 during the 21st Century Breakdown World Tour as Green Day, the band performed a brief set as Foxboro Hot Tubs before the support band as a Halloween surprise at the Manchester MEN Arena. On June 14, 2012, Green Day released a trailer for their upcoming album ¡Uno!. An erase board with new song titles featured the Foxboro Hot Tubs song "It's Fuck Time" which has only been played live so far, indicating that it will be released on Green Day's upcoming album trilogy , the song would later be used for the trailer of the album ¡Dos!. On August 22, 2012, in an interview on BBC Radio One, Armstrong, confirmed that the song would appear on ¡Dos! and stated that it could be a possible single.[10] In various interviews promoting Green Day's upcoming trilogy of albums called, ¡Uno! ¡Dos! and ¡Tré!, they have stated that the album, ¡Dos! would have "a Foxboro Hot Tubs-garage kind of feel".[11][12] [10]http://www.greendaya....com/news/3488/ [11]http://www.greendaya....com/news/3497/ [12] Code: http://en.wikipedia....oxboro_Hot_Tubs as ive said above looking at the leaked pic since uno i do think Its Fuck Time WILL BE A SINGLE. EDIT AGAIN: Code: http://25.media.tumb...q0c7o1_1280.jpg “¡Dos! would be the second album from Foxboro Hot Tubs” or... as said when it was first leaked "the accurate translation would be "¡dos! was going to be the second album of foxboro hot tubs or would have been, not would be"" also googleing around "Question:One song on Dos!, "Fuck Time," is something you mentioned to me back when the theatrical version of American Idiot was getting started on Broadway. Anwser: A guy in the cast, Theo Stockman, started calling himself the King of Fuck. Then it got into a thing where everytime they got ready for a show, the cast members got in a circle, put their hands in the middle and went, "One, two, three, it's fuck time!" I just wrote the song. We did it as Foxboro Hot Tubs at a club in New York, Don Hill's, because we knew some of the cast members would be there. We ended up playing it ten times in a row. We thought it would stay a Foxboro Hot Tubs song. But the more we played it, we thought, "This is pretty good. Why should we give it to our alterego?" gdpony Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 I must admit Dos is the album I'm most excited about!
insomniax Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 Is there really a song called "Wow! That Is Loud"? That's so awesome
Femme Gauche Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 I'm very excited to hear it, as well, because they say it is more down and dirty and Foxboro-ish, and also because... I've not actually heard any of the songs in full except for Fuck Time... Which I don't think even counts . I heard Amy ages ago but I don't remember it at all.
Burnout98 Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 That's awesome! It would be weird if Fuck Time was the lead single
Jessicabasketcase Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 Also very excited! Can't wrap my head around the fact that theirs still two more albums to come, still processing iUNO!
perfectpitchrob Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 There's 13 tracks total, Don't forget about the opening track "See You Tonight". The list above is otherwise in the right order although every track gets bumped up one number (Fuck Time is track 2, Red Lights is track 3, etc)
BradGreenDay Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 Cant wait for DOS... i really think that DOS will be sorta like a 2nd FBHT album...
Tooooooooooooom Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 There's 13 tracks total, Don't forget about the opening track "See You Tonight". The list above is otherwise in the right order although every track gets bumped up one number (Fuck Time is track 2, Red Lights is track 3, etc) This keeps confusing me, cos every single news story we get seems to disagree as to whether there are 36 or 37 songs in the trilogy....
Nemo. Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 i'm really excited about dos too. stop drop and roll is such an awesome record. and i'm so excited about Its fuck time...
DecanoLP Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 I'm not really looking forward to Dos since it sounds a lot like the FHT and I'm not a huge fan of their music. The three tracks I've already heard (Fuck Time, Stop When The Red Lights Flash and Lady Cobra) are pretty cool though.
Anja Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 The thread title is really misleading! It got me all excited for nothing.
spark in the night Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 I think Dos is going to be my favorite album .
Metanoia Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 The OP makes no sense. That's what I thought.
LittleBoyNamedTrain Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 Is there really a song called "Wow! That Is Loud"? That's so awesome Isn't it called 'Wow! That's Loud'?
Sanity Loan Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 Isn't it called 'Wow! That's Loud'? Same thing
insomniax Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 Isn't it called 'Wow! That's Loud'? I say "time of your life" too, just so you know.
July21 Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 I say "time of your life" too, just so you know. but this one isn't "wow! that's loud (wow! that is loud)" anyways, the song's already been on youtube for a while.
inthehallwaynow Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 Dos will undoubtedly be my favorite album included in the trilogy because it has these 5 songs Wild one...Amy..nightlife..its fuck time..makeout party..im sure the others will be just as pleasing..but i adore these songs from what i've heard already (recorded live shows/leaks)..and for those of you who dont like FBHT..woah really?
Annie, get your gun Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 I'm dying to hear Wild One entirely
Sanity Loan Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 That image has made more rounds on this forum than the woman who stands on the corner downtown.
