Help with Webstore account

On the 23rd of July I placed an order for the Ultimate Box Set and received a conformation e-mail. And then on the 20th of September I received an e-mail with the shipping conformation for !UNO!.

However today, when I tried to log into my account to check the status of this order and download the digital version of !UNO! my e-mail address was not recognized in the system, even though this was the same e-mail address all of the conformations were sent to. Even when trying to reset my password it said that my e-mail address was not recognized.

I created a new account with the same e-mail address and password as before in the hope that this would restore my account and order information, however this did not and when I look at my orders it says that no orders have been placed even though I have received conformation before to the same e-mail address.

I have e-mailed customer support about this in the hope that it can get sorted out quickly, but I just thought I'd post it on here too incase anyone else has had the same problem before.

Yup, that's where I placed the order and tried to log on to.

Your account is not attached to your pre-order. The same thing happened to me. Unfortunately there is no longer a way to attach them since the pre-ordered albums have already begun to arrive.

But there should be an e-mail with the download... I got that as well as the single downloads.

Ta muchly, so you are just saying sit back and i'll get the CD's and downloads soon enough?

Then again I didn't get any e-mails with the single downloads...

That's weird :/. You recieved the shipping confirmation so obviously your order went through and is in the system, but I would try and check spam, etc everything you can, and contact the customer service as well.

If you didn't create and log-in to an account BEFORE you placed your order, the order isn't attached to any account so you don't get order details, download page, etc.

Happened to me as well. I sent them an email and we ultimately cancelled my initial order and then I re-ordered while logged in to my account and boom, they were connected.
