Green Day on Later... With Jools Holland (Date TBC)

Green Day are set to appear on the new series of Later... With Jools Holland, which will be broadcast on BBC2. The series starts in 2 weeks according to their Twitter feed.

The date Green Day will appear hasn't been confirmed yet, but the news has spread around the internet on a few news sites: http://www.gigwise.com/news/76192/muse-mumford-&-sons-and-beach-boys-for-new-jools-holland-series.

I'd imagine they will be the "headline" act of the show. For those who have never seen the show before; it means they'll get roughly 2 songs on the live episode of the show (30 minutes) on the Tuesday night and then 3 songs on the pre-recorded show on the Friday night. Normally they repeat the songs but with Green Day they might play 5 songs across the 2 shows.
