Annie, get your gun Posted July 20, 2012 Posted July 20, 2012 I wanted to make something special for today, 'cause it's Friend's Day here in Argentina (though I know the International Friendship Day is on July 30), but anyway. The special thing is about the boys, which friendship is incredible. It's one of the things that I admire the most from them. All the love and respect that they have for each other, all the wonderful music they make, and being together for so long... I guess it's not easy sometimes. But I think is unimaginable for them to not have each other. I love their friendship... Green Day exists because of it. (This is the first video I make, so don't be too hard on me, please It's veeery amateur. But it makes me so happy that these guys have been the bestest of friends since around the kerplunk album! It reminds me of that story when mike and billie met at their school's cafeteria, and the first conversation they had was about making music. and that it's as if they were like destened for them to make music or somithing. Idk, i forgot. but green day truly does show what real friendship is. <- tears of joy

I also love the pictures that you choose for the video The friendship of this guys, is the best role model that someone can have about a true friendship. They have been togheter for years, and not all the bands can say that. That's one of the many reason why I love GD. p.s: Happy Friend's day to you!

It is really cool to see how much the guys all care for each other and inspire each other, just like their music does the same thing for the fans.
