greendaytone Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 You guys and gals might remember a couple of weeks ago, our friends at WXOU Radio in Oakland, held a 2 hour Green Day dedicated radio show. It was an awesome experience for everyone involved, and guess what? They're doing a follow up... tonight! You can tune in LIVE from 3pm EST tonight for the "Songs We Might've Played" show! First up, we have BURP (Brian's Untitled Radio Programme) with an hour of all things related to Green Day, followed by another hour on Frampton's Watermelon! It's gonna be a lot of fun. As well as listening, you can call in to the show and send your requests and comments to @WXOU on twitter. Be sure to check the flyer to for all the ways you can get in touch right here! We'll give you all a reminder on our @GDA twitter when it's about to start... 'hear' you there!
Tubbie Head Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 That's nice! I missed the last one so, I hope I can tune in later =) How many hours left? (I'm too lazy to check out the time-zones)

koolkev Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 UM.... I can't figure it out. Off to google.
koolkev Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 My version of audacity apparently lacks the function of recording the audio of your computer.
Sarcasm Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 My version of audacity apparently lacks the function of recording the audio of your computer. I have Cubase, it's a gigantic editing/recording programmed for "pros" (it's complicated, but I only use normalize and simple functions xD). It has a million functions, and it's brilliant for recording radio when I'm in a studio. But I can't figure out how to record streamed audio from my PC xD
Mommy's Little Nightmare Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 Dear God. So much for resisting Green Day.
koolkev Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 NOOOOOOOOOOOO! It's starting and my audacity is FAIIILING ME!!!!!!!!!
Tubbie Head Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 I never heard this version of She hahah YEAHHH King for a Day live
koolkev Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 I officially give up recording it. I needed "Stereo Mix" in the drop-down menu in the mixer toolbar, and it didn't have that function. IM SOOOO SORRY TONY
greendaytone Posted November 28, 2011 Author Posted November 28, 2011 No probs Kev, thanks for trying. I'm recording, it might only be picking up the output from my speakers, but that's better than nothing!
koolkev Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 No probs Kev, thanks for trying. I'm recording, it might only be picking up the output from my speakers, but that's better than nothing! I figured out how to do it, but then my version of audacity didn't have the "Sterio Mix" ability. FUCCCCCKKKKKK!
