Just wondering, has anybody else noticed this? So far I have figured out:

1. At the end of "Basketcase" you can hear Billie Joe saying "I really like that song...'

2. At the end of "Walking Alone" you can hear Mike saying "Wasn't that all in like, one take?"

3. At the end of "At The Library" you can hear John saying "Yeah!"

4. At the end of "The One I Want" you can hear Billie Joe saying"Ya'know there might have been one part there..."

5. At the end of "Dry Ice" You can hear them shouting "Yes, yes! We did it!"

I have figured out all those by myself, so what they're actually saying may be different to what I hear!

I've never heard any of those, besides number 5.

Yeah there's been a few threads about those things already. Another thing for example is that you can hear Billie sing/say "here we go again" (Going to Pasalacqua) quietly before actually singing the full line, or more like it sounds they're playing a recorded version of that part of the line very quietly. The thread should be somewhere in the Green Day section..

Edit: I found it, it's the "stuff hidden in GD songs" thread :)

It's not at the end of a song, but at the beginning of My Generation, you can hear Billie saying "I think I can do The Whooo hooo"

I just can't hear this one.

I really can't hear those lines in those songs. Interesting, maybe next time I listen to them I'll try to listen closely and see if you're right. ;)

Yeah, I've noticed these on a few songs. It's kinda cool, in my opinion.

P.S.-

I didn't believe it was there either cos I've listened to it so much before and never heard it, i just listen to the fade out at the end to see if i could here it and if i have my volume up really loud and with headphones it's there, its about 5 seconds before the end or 2:58 from the start.

I always thought I heard something at the end of Basket Case, but I was never sure. I just listened to the end of it again at full volume, and it was there :D

I can only hear 2 and 5, and thats with the volume up.

You have to really blast the song for a few of them to be able to hear it.

I think I have a theory for Billie saying "Here we go again" at the beginning of Going To Pasalacqua, not sure if it's correct though. I believe the whole album was recorded as a band in live room/booth or whatever. When the A chord is struck at the end of the intro Billie sings "Here we go again" in the live room to keep everybody in time for recording, but it is picked up by a drum mic or something. Also, if you have some in ear earbuds, you can here this much better when you turn the volume up

This one's easy to hear. In On the Wagon, you can hear Billie say "Hold On" and Mike say "Thank You, thank you"

Oh right I heard it! But, damn! You really can't tell that he acutally says "I really like that song", it's just a voice in the distance.
