You only get/got that shirt (you get this one now apparently) when you renew your membership, not when you sign up for the first time.

You only get the t-shirt when you renew your membership.

That t-shirt on ebay is not from the Idiot Club, it is available from the US online shop here

This is the idiot club one. I don't know if you can still get it or if there will be a new design by the time you renew. You would have to check/ask on Idiot Club.

Yep, that's this year's Idiot Club t-shirt. As Sanne already said, you only get it when you renew your membership after one year.
