He informed the site ultimate-guitar.com has posted new news about green day, new abru who is in an advanced took the #1 spot by rolling stine.com best punk rock bands of all time, but look what they post is about Green Day . The magazine appear to feel the need to stress that Green Day likely won because: "Green Day Authority and the band's official site at GreenDay.com both [posted] the link and asking fans to vote for Green Day – which gave the group a significant boost in the final tally." Which makes sense, really - Green Day might be good, but when you see the full list, you might disagree that they’re better than certain other names on the list. And what about other classics like Minor Threat, Fugazi, New York Dolls, The Cramps, Wire, Circle Jerks, The Buzzcocks, Patti Smith, Husker Du… So here it is. whether we should respond to it?

Some of the comments... oh well, can't say I care about what the comments say. While randomly scrolling through them I did come across this one, which I liked: I've been listening to Punk My whole life i grew up on it, and the one thing i've learned about it all is that is doesn't matter what you've won or what you have. For me its always been about the expression and thats what matters to me I Love and listen to all of those bands on that list, but i dont care which one is more popular and which one does what. just listen to the ****ing music thats whats its all about for me..

What if there was a poll that asked who was better: Green Day or Lady Gaga? (Random example.) Obviously, there are more Gaga fans than Green Day fans, so if the fans were asked to vote, who do you think would win? I'm sure many people on here dislike Lady Gaga (me definitely NOT being one of them- monster for life!) but you get what I'm trying to say. I never voted because my allegiance is to Green Day, but I really thought The Ramones deserved the title. Couldn't bring myself to it, I guess. Anyone agree?
