I don't think it's a coincidence since she always wear high heels

They're not exactly the same, and they look like they could be high heels. They're not like superspecial shoes anyway (neither Billie's nor Gaga's. Well idk if Gaga's are superspecial but they look like the type of shoe you could buy in most remotely fancy shoe-shops).

I am pretty sure that she isn't wearing those because Billie wore them.
