JoshLovesMusic Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 Hey everyone, Just been into a local video exchange/CD store and spotted they have the collectors Green Day vinyl box set at £21 (I think) in near enough new condition. I've never even used a vinyl before yet alone have a player, but it seems so cool and the price sounds pretty decent. Really not sure what to do. Would you get it?
Daughter.of.Rage.and.Love Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 YES YES YES I would get it for sure. That is really fucking cheap. And that collectors box is really cool imo. Even if you don't have a record player. Looking at them and possibly hanging them up on your wall or everything is also awesome already and if you're not getting it, can you get it for me and send it over?
pasalaska Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 that's a great price and it's an awesome box set. If you have the moeny I say get it
JoshLovesMusic Posted January 10, 2011 Author Posted January 10, 2011 AHH I think I'll just have to get it :D First to look up prices of turntables..
pasalaska Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 AHH I think I'll just have to get it :D First to look up prices of turntables.. would you really play it? I mean, you can get all of it on CD
JoshLovesMusic Posted January 10, 2011 Author Posted January 10, 2011 would you really play it? I mean, you can get all of it on CD No probably not tbh I have all of it on CD but would be cool to play them old school.
JoshLovesMusic Posted January 10, 2011 Author Posted January 10, 2011 Went to get it and the guy said it was priced wrong. Not happy.
farley drexel hatcher Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 So how much did he really want for it?
idc Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 do it. i bought it from the shop for like 200$ (including shipping and taxes) DO IT^^
Holly Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 Went to get it and the guy said it was priced wrong. Not happy. Thats false advertising or some kind of shite like that, demand you get it for £21! How much does it actually cost?
JoshLovesMusic Posted January 10, 2011 Author Posted January 10, 2011 Like £70-80 I think. It said £24 not £21, not that it makes a difference.
Katarina. Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 Like £70-80 I think. It said £24 not £21, not that it makes a difference. That would still be quite cheap, considering the fact there are a lot of vinyls in the box. I'd buy it if I saw it in a shop here.
Mayra Vicious Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 Had i seen it in the shop around here I would have buy it no matter how much it cost. I always thinking that Green Day are worth it. I already have 5 of their albums on vinyl But I don't even own a record player I'll say: BUY IT
Clayish Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 Buy it for sure. You would be an idiot to pass on that...
Juliette Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 That's still pretty cheap considering the ones I've bought have been about £20 each.
JoshLovesMusic Posted January 10, 2011 Author Posted January 10, 2011 Buy it for sure. You would be an idiot to pass on that... Even at £80? I really can't afford it at that even if it is a good price.
Anja Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 If you dont get if for yourself, get it for me Jk, now go and buy it! It's a bargain!
