Don't know exactly what this is (US only?) but Green Day were apparently there shredding paper with unpleasant memories of 2010 written on. Here's the news story. Doesnt actually show Billie, Mike or Tre in the video though.

I've personally never heard of this, probably because I live in the UK, but it seems pretty cool.

EDIT: It's not Green Day, but the American Idiot Cast Members. Stupid BBC.

Yeah it was two of the AI cast members shredding a sign for DADT. I think the sign was given to them by Billie.

I'd never heard of this before the cast members were involved, but I guess it was the third or fourth annual Good Riddance Day.
