Gwen Stacy Posted October 26, 2010 Posted October 26, 2010 So as any nerds will know, the Pro mode in Rock Band 3 enables players with the right guitar periferal to play the song as it is played on the guitar. It has also been confirmed that the Green Day: Rock Band songs will be exportable to Rock Band 3. However, nothing has been said if the GD:RB songs will support pro mode. Does anyone here know anything about it? Answers would be greatly appreciated
captain peroxide Posted October 26, 2010 Posted October 26, 2010 I don't think so, because pro mode has to be specially programmed into each song, and it didn't exist when they created GD:RB. This just means that you'll be able to play all your songs from one disc. But only the ones that come with RB3 will have pro mode available.

Would love to learn how to play the stuff without the expensive books... and I can't read sheet music so this would be amazing to have... but I have a feeling Harmonix is done with Green Day seeing as there is no DLC from 1039 and Kerplunk. Which would be amazing. As soon as anybody has any info, please post

captain peroxide Posted October 27, 2010 Posted October 27, 2010 Yeah, I hear the incorrect tabs thing a lot. Yet I've never had problems with tabs sounding wrong. Go to ultimate-guitar.com and just ignore any tabs that aren't rated 5 stars. You'll be fine.
