Slappy. Posted October 13, 2010 Posted October 13, 2010 It's pretty cool to see all the equipment like that, thanks for posting
IscoredWaddlesgoals Posted October 13, 2010 Posted October 13, 2010 I know this isn't entirely related (and I might have dreamt it anyway) but weren't they going to do interviews with sound engineers etc and put them on the Idiot Club or somesuch ? I'm sure they did one and they said an interview with the bass tech (or someone similar) was going to follow and it never did. Either that or I've got some obscure mental disorder I need to sort out

sara_gd Posted October 13, 2010 Posted October 13, 2010 Cool But shouldn't this go in Green Day Pictures?
Punk-tastic32 Posted October 14, 2010 Posted October 14, 2010 Awesome, thanks. I was thinking "this would be an awesome job, follow Green Day around and get a free show all the time" Then I saw this... *jaw drops* Mind. Blown.
pasalaska Posted October 14, 2010 Posted October 14, 2010 I love seeing all the behind-the-scenes stuff. Like Pyro's gear - he has a big red button on a long lead. It makes loud bangs. I love it.
MCC Posted October 14, 2010 Posted October 14, 2010 Thanks for sharing! I love seeing behind the scenes stuff. Makes you appreciate the shows all that much more.

Either that or I've got some obscure mental disorder I need to sort out No mental disorder, haha. They were going to do at least two interviews with behind-the-scenes guys - Tre's Drum Tech, Kenny Butler, and Mike's Bass Tech, Micah Chong. Questions were submitted on the IC forum last year sometime. Kenny did his interview and the answers were posted in the forum. Pretty entertaining, he's a funny dude. Nothing ever came of the questions to Micah, though. Either he didn't get to answering or whoever shares the info with the IC didn't get to sharing it. Coughtypicalcough.

I didnt even know about any of this. Shows how much attention I pay to the Idiot Club. Do you know if it's still on the forum? I'll have to go read them if they are... Shame about Micah though, he's a dude.

It's under the Heroes and Cons section - EXCLUSIVE Q&A WITH GREEN DAY CREW - Kenny Butler. Enjoy.
