Second Time Around

I was just listening to "Second Time Around" and it got me thinking...I've always liked it as far as oddball funny songs go, an interesting goof on WICA - but where did it originate? It doesn't even sound like Billie is singing on it, and the playing doesn't exactly sound like GD either. Was it on GD.com in 2003 when they posted audio on the site a lot (such as the Christmas covers, "Why Does It Always Rain On Me?", etc.) or was it just something that was found on a file sharing site? Is this another case of a song being falsely attributed to GD, like "Closing Time"?

Thanks for any info you guys have that could shed light on this!

I have never heard about that song, I have the unknown songs like What About Today/World vs World or whatever they are called, but this one? Never heard of it. Please post a link so we can all hear it..

this was from after warning, but before american idiot. it was in the series of voicemail songs that got posted on greenday.com. it was around the same time as "what about today," the christmas covers, and why does it always rain on me.
