From the New York Times:

As president of Jujamcyn Theaters, Jordan Roth presides over five Broadway houses, but this fall he will be going uptown to take the stage of the 92nd Street Y. Mr. Roth is returning for a second series as the host of Broadway Talks, a series of conversations with New York theatrical performers. The season begins on Sept. 19 with Billie Joe Armstrong of the band Green Day and Michael Mayer, who directed “American Idiot,” the musical based on the band’s music.

Tickets are $29 and may be purchased at the 92nd Street Y Website: Link

do tickets tend to sell out or do you think it will possible to get the day of?

Sounds cool, hope we'll get to see a video of it somehow. I'm thinking the fact people have to pay to see it makes that a lot less likely though.

Hmm, I'm considering getting a ticket to this. It's on a Sunday, and I'm definitely close enough to go.

Not sure if I should do it though...

I was thinking that same thing.

It would be interesting to see but I'd probably have class the next day.

Hmmm...I shall think about this.

You know what, I'm gonna go. Fuck it. I have a class the next day but it's not until the afternoon.

But I'm going to wait a few days before I buy a ticket, to see if other people on here are going.

Edit: Okay I lied, when I saw that there were some really good seats left I ordered a ticket. I got 3rd row.

They just announced it and as far as I can tell, only the first three rows have been sold. It depends on whether or not people want to go to it.

Alrighty...I've thought about it and I'm gonna go.

It would be nice if some people from here would be going and we could have like a meet-up before the show or whatever, idk...

I'm gonna try to get a ticket today but I don't have the money cause I don't get paid until Friday and who knows if all the good seats will be taken by then.

So I'm gonna ask my mom can I borrow $30.00 and pay her back when I get paid.
