The way I see it is that, while, yes, Billie may not have the best voice of all the different options- I'd vote him the greatest, because to me, it's not all about who can hit the higher notes, etc. It's about the way that the singer sings it, and the way you feel when you hear their voice. There isn't another rock singer whose voice I would rather hear. And the power and emotion that I can hear behind Billie's voice blows me away. So... assuming I could have gotten to him, I'd have given him my 10. He's right after...shit, now I've forgotten who he's after. I don't think it comes up the same for everyone. I think it comes up randomly, because Axl Rose came up 3 different times for me.
