I must be missing it. This... i havent seen the musical but i know St Jimmy dies... lets face it there has been a lot of stuff mentioned about the musical that we all pretty much know what happens.. So i am guessing Sacrasm.. But i dont know what symbol he draws since i havent seen it..

I think it's supposed to be an upside-down cross, actually, in the heart. haha, this is really shitty, but it's pretty much this.
