They're All Out Without You - New Green Day Movie Thing?

I searched in GDC and Google and nothing came up. So does anyone know what "They're All Out Without You" is? I know it's a move of some sorts but what is it about? Is it the same thing as Heart Like A Handgrenade?

If I'm right, They're All Out Without You is a movie John Roecker made about the American Idiot story. If I recall it right it was originally going to be in HLAHG, but it had to be cut out because of the time.

I hate it so much I never take the time to watch the other Svengali episodes. I love them, but I only watched the first 3 ones or so. Now I know what I'll do first this weekend
