This one was tough, but I picked Good Riddance.

Like I said before, it's iconic and represents that true turning point for Green Day as a band. It was the moment they decided they were going to do whatever the hell they wanted and do it damn well. As Mike said, releasing that song was the most punk thing they ever did.
