God, 16, really? I remember getting dressed for school and hearing them talk about Green Day on the radio; the radio station we listened to, two of the DJs had a big debate about whether they should play songs from Dookie on the breakfast show, as there was a chance kids would be listening!

Also, Feb 1. would have been my friend John's 44th birthday. May he rest in peace. We went to his grave today, and I said to him, remember John, Dookie's birthday is today too. I always said that to him on his birthday.
