Oooh! I've been there when I was in Aussie. I was in heaven hahahah

try some music stores because some of them sell merch as well.

I try all music stores i no off they always say something stupid like - "we cant sell the bands merchandise unless there regestured to us" Im thinking what the hell is that suppse to mean?? Is off your Tree A store or is it online ??

its a store, they have a website but I don't think they sell their stuff online.

they are a piercing place.

If your a Melbourne chump. I find the best places are:

Fist2Face in Ringwood, stupendous guys they are! pretty cheap and/or reasonable band merch. they are online too! and have a myspace. google them as I don't know the correct URL. haha.

Off Ya Tree If you don't mind paying copious amounts of money if the garment isn't on sale and they really only sell guys band shirts (irritating for us small boned ladies) but if it's on sale it's reasonable. They also stock Adeline stuff. Including baby clothes. awh, bless.

Smoke Dreams It ranges from ridiculously cheap to ridiculously expensive and everytime I fucking walk down there I get eyed off by every clerk because apparently every single person who goes in there looks like some shoplifting psychopath. Take a big gulp of fresh air before you saunter on down.... it gets suspiciously "potty" when you go down those stairs.

Dangerfield I managed to get a stenciled shirt of Billie Joe from there for $35 which I found ok. beware, Pulp Kitchen shirts (especially White ones) don't last as long as you would hope. Also if your lucky try finding a Pulp kitchen stand as they make all the shirts for Dangerfield.

Planet 13 One place that for some reason continually gets under my skin and I cannot shake the feeling that something isn't right in any of those stores. A relatively new franchise. But I found to be over-priced for what they did sell. They had some cool Green day shirts though. But those stores are too...( I hate using this phrase) "Clean-cut" for me. I shudder whenever I go in one.

What's New USE AS LAST RESORT! Wade through the Twilight plastic cock-sucking fantastic merchandise and you have over-the-top priced, baggy, ill-fitting, ployester, average at best designed, Green day shirts. warning for somereaon they only seem to fit the very obese man figure. I only reconmend if price is no boundary and if you transforming it into something better.

I have no idea about Missing Link. I am still yet to properly locate that.

oh and RetroStar if you have the sheer skills to find it. (it took me 3 years and WITH directions)

I noticed the Pulp Kitchen store, last time I was in melb central. I was running short of time though and couldn't go in... But they had Snoopy bags and I wanted to see if they had any Lucy van pelt stuff. *tear*

If you're in Brisbane, Rocking Horse have good merch. Loads of shirts and badges etc. Oh, how I love that store.

haha you couldn't find retro star?! well I guess I just stumbled across it. (god I love that shop)

Missing Link! I walked passed that every day I was in Melbourne as it was near my hotel, but didn't actually go in until the day we flew out, we had no money and were all DEAD.

I can't even remember the name of the street to help you find it...

For Missing Link you go up Elizabeth St and turn left on Lonsdale I think....

I know my way around without knowing all the street names haha, it's definately on a hill and it's underground..

that much i'm sure of. They have heaps of old vinyls and shit, pretty great

Meanwhile, Retro Star isn't hard to find rofl

they've even got signs out on the street for it and whatnot
