Green Day VMAS : Did you know ?

Ok so this morning well ok not morning it was around 2 pm i watched mtv ya first they aired the emas again which was pretty cool and then they aired a show about the vmas with facts and interviews and stuff which havent been out yet it was called 2The VMAS: Did you know?" and then I realized there was billie and kept watching.

So they aired a few interviews with green day on teh red carper after the vmas and engineers etc. and they talked about green day's small "concert" during the soundcheck and how amazing it was and stuff. And then they talked about Billie's sudden decision to pull all those people onstage during their performance.

So that one woman she also helped with the pyros etc. said that it wasnt planned and that she had to call all the engineers and other staff to stop the pyros which should explode all the fire because there were so many people onstage andi t could have been dangerous....

they also said that from a certain camera angle you could see how pete wentz also climbed onstage and stood right behind billie it was pretty funny to watch because he isnt really tall as well

So there were also issue's because tré couldnt see billie anymore and he needed to see his sign for his entry......so billie was told to tell all the people to pick him up and then billie had to sit on the shoulder's of some guy so that tré could see him again and that he could continue singing XD

The interviews were amazing and even though that report only was like 5 minutes i lvoed it

If i find the interviews anywhere on youtube or something im gonna post them =)

ya i know i saw that too i loved it. it was awesome

they were all like billie did this so unexpected and tre was waiting and looking around for billie because he couldnt see him and then they showed you what it would have been like with the pyro lmao it was pretty awesome

I have never thought that it was a spontaneous decision of Billie's to get people onstage! I thought that at award shows everything is planned in advance and rehearsed! I'm sooo glad I was wrong!

There was a lot of talk about this right after the VMAs. It's cool they put out a video. I remember seeing pictures of Pete Wentz getting on stage and reading an article or two about the pyro people freaking out and needing to call off the pyro because of what Billie did. Security wasn't too pleased either. It was funny. I wish I could remember where the articles and stuff were.
