Bohemian+Scandal Posted December 12, 2009 Posted December 12, 2009 What the hell is the "Noughties"? It sounds terrible. Am I totally lame for not knowing that was a nickname for the 2000's, or are people who actually call it that the lame ones? I can't decide.

Blu Posted December 12, 2009 Posted December 12, 2009 what a crap list that is.I agree. What the hell is the "Noughties"? It sounds terrible. Am I totally lame for not knowing that was a nickname for the 2000's, or are people who actually call it that the lame ones? I can't decide. My school used the term when talking about the decade in the school paper this week. It's probably the newest attempt at a nickname for this decade. It sounds retarded.
Jinjonator Posted December 12, 2009 Posted December 12, 2009 Naughties. For some reason, I was thinking noy-tees. Like with a New Jersey accent or something. Still an absurd name, I hope it doesn't catch on. Anywhere. Anytime. Ever. In any dimension.
watsername182 Posted December 12, 2009 Author Posted December 12, 2009 Hmm, I'd always thought that "Noughties" was an American nickname.Well I've heard it being used a few times.
