And I don't think that the cover of 21st Century Breakdown is one of the worst covers in 2009. It's not my favorite cover, that's Insomniac and dookie, but it's good too. It perfectly sums up the "story" of the album, and thinking back - it's a picture of EXACTLY how Billie has been describing the album - chaos and riots and mayhem while you're in the middle of it making out with your girlfriend.
