U2 I think is the only major band they are up against in those categories. And my guess for Rock Album will be between DMB, and U2. That's my guess. But we'll have to wait and see

If that's the crap they consider to be the best of the year, then I am damn happy Green Day isn't grouped with them! They deserve much better. While I would've loved to see them scoop up a ton of nominations, three is an amazing number. I am SO PROUD of them, words can't even describe. Not about getting Grammy nominations, just... I'm just proud of them because they're them. I feel lucky every day that I have the most amazing band in the world such a huge part in my life.

I'm not suprised Taylor Swift and the Black Eyed Peas are up for Album of the Year though. It's been a huge year for both of them. Still sucks though. Anyway, I'm so glad GD have 3 nominations. When i heard that BEP got nominated for 7 grammys i was like WTF and then i heard the song when they performed it at the end i was like OKAY!! all they are doing is naming the fucking days in the weeks.. :bored: And this gets 7 nominations BECAUSE??????? I think people forgot what good music is about.. I seriously dont get it.. i understand that people like music they can dance to but people have been shaking their booty since the 50's to good music. Why is that now it has to be Shit music that has no lyrics and the same beat over and over and over again... :down: I really hop that Green Day win all 3 categories they were nominated in and if they lose to U2 or worse KOL i will.... well actually there is nothing i will be able to do except to whinge about it which is not very productive.. ok i think i will shut up now..
