Green Day 1-Track Singles Question(s)

Hello everyone, I've been a long time Green Day fan, and now I'm trying to get ahold of their rarest tracks. I know their singles have some rare b-sides, but one thing that baffles me is their 1-track promos. I've been told that a few where different from their album counterpart (the differences could range from blanking out a profanity to a totally different remix).

These are the promos I was talking about:

- 86

- Prosthetic Head (the current eBay auction states that it's a revised remix)

- Blood, Sex and Booze (I'd imagine they took out the intro for radio play)

- Ha Ha You're Dead

Can someone please check these out for me, because I really don't want to waste $20 on a song that comes from a $2 album.

I have another question as well, what's the difference between the two Walking Contradiction singles (one has a picture cover, and one just has a plain back label), and how do they differ from the album (if any)? Thanks, and rock on.

Anyone have these promos who can check for me? This would be greatly appreciated.

I had no idea they made promos for non-singles :ninja:

But I'm pretty sure there is only one studio recorded version of Walking Contradiction. Maybe one of them is live or edited for radio?

There is a guy who is known for having more green day crap than probably anyone else in the world called BigFunction. He would be a great person to ask, so if you haven't heard of him let me know and i'll pm you his flickr account.

Thanks. And I'm 99% positive that both of those singles use the studio version of Walking Contradiction, but it's how they're mixed that makes the difference.
