i love how green day use imagery in their work, from this to the covers of dookie and insomniac. its great stuff and can be interpreted in so many ways.

im not normally a fan of music videos, but i really like this one.

YEAH. I think it's their only video that makes ppl think of it's concept.

I dunno if the whole concept was from the band or not ( I hope so) but it totally rock.

I'm so excited. none of their previous videos from new album made me like this. :D :D :D

I love that scene when those two politician are arguing and it ended up to a french kiss. that's the most nihilistic part.

I don't like mtv that much since they're almost not playing music during the day and evening. If not none. It's all series and other bullshit :/

I have one question remember those photo shoots from the video? in some of them we saw the band in an green room. what happened to that part?

maybe they did some editing.

They probably needed the green room to put them in the middle of all the stuff going on in the video.

Nah, basically most of the video is the green room. They shot it in front of a green screen so they could later edit it to put in all the pictures, and make it look the way it does.

Yeah, I hate MTV for that. I checked their tv guide, and on mtv nl they've got 'Brand New' coming up at 2pm. 21CB might be shown then, but I doubt it :lol:

The green background was due to extract Green Day's shapes and then put them in the form of a cartoon :) .

I like it.

I love the end, it's beautiful (though the eyeliner tear thing is kinda meh :lol:)

The rest of the video... I don't know, I think that in time (=in half an hour or something) I'll grow to really like it, now it's just very cool-looking to me. And the politicians kissing made me giggle.

I think he did a good job, I'm not sure what to think of it but I think it's good. I wouldn't know how the hell to make a video for this song.

I kind of have a hard time forming an opinion about it :lol:

edit: Now I think about it I already really like it.

That was the shortest "in time" ever, I think maybe 2 minutes?

edit2 OK new opinion this video is awesome.

Maybe next time I should take my time to think about it for a few minutes before posting :lol:
