All you have to do is give them your name and they will have them waiting for you at the show. I think this is awesome for people like me but then it sucks cause it just shows they aren't close to being sold out. Damn you Sacramento fans. Where the heck are you? Don't you remember the killer show they had in 2004? This is a HUGE disappointment.
