I'm still not sure how long I am going to wait, but I am curious to how long people have been willing to wait so far.

Is this until the actual show or until doors opened?

Lets go until you got on the floor or in your seat (though the seat people usually don't need to wait)

I got there about 15 minutes before the doors opened. But that was because I had assigned seats. If I had GA tickets I'd probably get there 6-8 hours before.

I got to Philly around 5:00 and doors opened at 7:00 and show started at 8:00.

I got to DC around 4:30 and doors opened at 6:00 and show started at 7:30

So I put 2-4 hours.

I've only been to one Green Day show so far, but I got there around 7:30am, and the doors opened at 6:30pm. So my first Green Day concert line waiting experience was 11 hours. Tip for anyone planning on waiting in line for a really long time.... bring the following: WATER, snacks, umbrella for shade/rain, sunscreen, pillow because sooner or later you will want to lay down, and some friends :) If I had a car, I would have brought my guitar too. This is where friends would be ideal so you could bring all your stuff back to your car before they let you in so you don't lose your place in line.

Woops totally spaced how long I waited at Fonda, which was about 5 hours.

only about 1 hour or less.

I waited in line for Green Day for about 6 hours.

Then the doors opened 5 minutes late, and I was so pissed, haha.

But I had my hand on the handle, which was awesome. I was the first one.

So I got in around 6:30, and I thought the Bravery were going to come on at 7, but they didn't come on until 8, so, it was way longer than I thought. Kinda irritating, aha.

Not a minute, since they hacen't been here in TEN YEARS!!!!!!!!!!

wooooow good stuff! were there people trying to sell tickets there lol? ahaha you must have seen so many random things as people turned up. agreed! you must take all those things, especially water as the effect of dehydration may make you so desperate you loose your spot 0_0 woulnt want that to happen!

I waited about an hour and a half and even though I got a great spot, I'm going earlier next time.

one big day out i went to i waited 2 hours just for the change between the datsuns and the living end. it was so depressing as i had been standing up for the entire day, and i had to stand up to wait cuz i needed to hold onto the bars at the front of the stage -_-

I didn't vote, but I am planning on being at the venue at about 10am, with doors opening at 6.30pm. So that's 8 and a half hours.

All fuckin day man. 7am til doors at 7pm then the show didnt start inside til 10pm at my first show. Other shows I got there at 8am.

At the Philly show, waited about 15 hours it was the longest I've ever waited, it was stupid.

Shortest time, was for Webster Hall. Got tickets around 5 the day of, doors opened at 7 I believe. Got to the city at 7:30, got to Webster at around 8 and got second row.

In Ottawa, my friend Nick was the first one out of ANYONE there. He showed up at 11:30am, I got there around 1:15pm and there were about 6 other people, including him, there. We got onto the floor at about 7:05.

I believe it was 7 hours between my arrival and the beginning of the Bravery. It was like...8 and bit until Green Day took the stage. Worth every minute! :)

I had GA tickets at Hartford. Got there about ten minutes before doors opened and actually waited for about 5 minutes. Was two feet from the barricade right in front of the catwalk. And I didn't push and shove my way there, either.

I laugh at those who waste their day to have the same spot. Seriously, I live over an hour away and didn't even leave my house until 5PM for 6:30 open door. Got stuck in traffic, and still got there with time to spare, and got right up front.

We had seats, but we got to the venue about 2 hours early since its actually in Boston. We ate and generally hung out before heading into the venue.

I think I waited three hours for the Green Day DNA Lounge show. It wasn't too bad, I met some interesting people.
