I was jumping up and down because I really wanted a shirt, but when he shot the thing, I was like, "HOLY CRAP!" Haha. I did NOT expect it to go so far. And it was hilarious because I could tell everyone was thinking the same thing around me. Every time Billie shot a shirt, we looked behind us and we were all like, "Damn..."

So, at his effervescent after party, I did at least get to see and touch the t-shirt .

I didn't notice that in Seattle - I guess because it was the first show ... I was too busy noticing other things. And I don't REALLY remember it in Vancouver maybe because I was so thrilled when Billie squirted me in the face. BUT, in Philly, we were all just in awe of how far it shot. He would shoot toward the back of the arena, and it would STILL go up in the seats!!!!! Talk about an incredible phallic symbol!

Posted August 4, 2009 Posted August 4, 2009 To be honest when he got out the T-shirt cannon, I was expecting it to go really far back (I was in the front at the end of the catwalk) so it wasn't like I was expecting it to come towards me, because like J'net said, if I was in front and caught one of them, I'd be dead. xD I'm pretty sure when Billie had the last T-shirt he just tossed it out into the front, so I guess it was pretty fair maybe...? lol

The shirt cannon is impressive.I think it's cool for the people in the seats because they don't get to be way in the front and totally experience the show because they're far away. Billie does the squirt gun, but the only effects the GA people. So, I think it's cool that he found something to do for the nosebleed people.

I know it didn't surprise me in Philly, and I don't think it was just from reading recaps/watching youtube videos. Maybe so, though ...
