netty Posted July 25, 2009 Posted July 25, 2009 if the contest you are asking about is the idiot club band photographer one, then you have to have a ticket for the show you are entering for. country of residence is irrelevant. as long as you have a confirmation number to prove you have bought a ticket to that show it doesnt matter where you live.

It's from a New York radio station, is it not?Usually radio stations only have contests open locally, at least, that's what I'm aware of.
