I dunno) I'm pretty sure I've heard Billie say "I wrote this song about my toilet" before going into this song.Armitage shanks is a brand of toilet maybe thats what armatage shanks is loosely based onit's about having a panic attack, but you could say that he's metaphorically reffering to it as a toilet.
