i was thinking of making compilation dvd(s) of some of green day's best live performances/concerts.

so far i have jaded in chicago, live 8 05, woodstock 94, and reading 04.

i wanna try to have more concert type performances not the "live" studio performances such as compd fuse.

any suggestions?

what have i missed?

was goat island a good performance?

Yeah, definitely Goat Island.

Personally, I'm also a fan of the recent concert at Kesselhaus, Berlin. ("I'm so fucking happy right now!")

I haven't been to a Green Day concert yet. So I can't really say anything.

However, I thought the one at the Milton Keynes Bowl (BIAB) was great. Oh, and the woodstuck one. Gotta love mudfights! :)

I just wait till I've been to the GD show on October 16th.. let's see if that will turn out to me my favorite (:

BIAB

DEFINATELY :)

Besides BIAB (because that one is obviously great), I'm going to say... Giants Stadium, September 1st, 2005. I've seen videos of the performance on YouTube, and it's GREAT.

The greatest Green Day show i know of, must be The Warfield in San Francisco in 2005. They played almost everything (some songs twice) and supported themselves as The Network!

But Milton Keynes (BIAB) is definitely up there too!

yeah i like the 2000 roseland ballroom very funny :)

^Ahh I wish there was video of that Warfiled gig :(

I agree with others that Goat Island is a must and all of the ones you already have are awesome. A few of my personal favourites are:

The Fillmore, San Francisco 1997

Bizarre Festival 2001

Reading 2001

Tampa 1991

McGregor's 1992

Astoria, London Feb 1998

Edgefest 1998

All of these are in the download links here if any take your fancy

Personally I consider BIAB a great live show.

But unfortunately I haven't been to any GD concerts.

- Goat Island

- Reading '04

- Fuse Comp´d

- The Bridge School Concert (The acoustic version of Longview is brilliant!)
