Possibly a link to watch it elsewhere or a download link was posted in the thread about the Japanese MTV Awards (even though it's a different show). Green Day are just standing there while everyone speaks Japanese for ages, then Billie says a couple of sentences, and Tre says some unknown stuff in Japanese. And then they perform a song.
