Marie_GD Posted May 28, 2009 Posted May 28, 2009 A Chat with Green Day's Tré Coolhttp://www.rollingstone.com/blogs/smokings...th-tre-cool.php
norcalgreendayfan Posted May 28, 2009 Posted May 28, 2009 Really good piece by Rolling Stone, always love to hear what Tre has to say.
Tripe Posted May 28, 2009 Posted May 28, 2009 That's a great interview. I wondered about the floor at Webster Hall too! It was literally like a trampoline. And rather old. I remember thinking, "Wow, what if this whole floor caves in?"
J'net Posted May 28, 2009 Posted May 28, 2009 That's a great interview. I wondered about the floor at Webster Hall too! It was literally like a trampoline. And rather old. I remember thinking, "Wow, what if this whole floor caves in?" Me, too! And later I remembered that we were upstairs, so there was probably a lot of empty space below us. As the guys of Green Day always say - Rock and Roll is dangerous !
Tripe Posted May 28, 2009 Posted May 28, 2009 Me, too! And later I remembered that we were upstairs, so there was probably a lot of empty space below us. As the guys of Green Day always say - Rock and Roll is dangerous !The downstairs area is huge at Webster Hall. Mac and I wandered around there in search of the bathroom after the show and I remember thinking that the ceiling down there was probably seriously shaking an hour before!
depardu42 Posted May 28, 2009 Posted May 28, 2009 Good interview. Tre needs to do more interviews because he's actually a really interesting person. Plus, he's freakin' hilarious!
rage-love-life Posted May 28, 2009 Posted May 28, 2009 I love the picture, he looks so happy. Did anyone else notice it's not as weird as some of his previous ones?
Hermione Posted May 29, 2009 Posted May 29, 2009 That was great, I enjoyed his amusing description of SNL. And "tough competition"? Ha! I don't think so!
IzButt Posted May 29, 2009 Posted May 29, 2009 Lovely to hear things from Tre every now and then. I hope he gets interviewed this time around a bit more.
iLozza! Posted May 29, 2009 Posted May 29, 2009 It's nice to hear what tré has to say.Good article, thanks for posting!
RebelofSuburbia Posted May 29, 2009 Posted May 29, 2009 That's a great interview. I wondered about the floor at Webster Hall too! It was literally like a trampoline. And rather old. I remember thinking, "Wow, what if this whole floor caves in?" that'd be quite scary! I remember that happened at a The Used concert once, the whole floor just collapsed. nice read
Zalex Posted May 29, 2009 Posted May 29, 2009 Oh yeah, they really did rock Bowery. That comment made me smile
