Seriously, I think I cried a little after listening to 21 Guns. It didn't get to me as much as WMUWSE did, but I have to admit it is quite a sad song.

I cried a bit just getting like 60 seconds in the cd, just because the fact that Green Day are still around and making honest wonderful rock 'n roll music was pretty moving, but I'm the kind of person that will cry listening to the Ramones. It's inspiring to me. :/

I think 21 Guns is going to be like the new WMUWSE, espescially when it becomes a single, although maybe not as touching, you're right.

21 Guns got me to sniffle a little, but no real crying. Last Night on Earth got me a little emotional as well, because that's how I feel about a couple of people. I'd bend over backwards for them and love them until the day I die (and I don't mean love in a sexual way at all).

Same here that really got to me, I would also 21 Guns and Last Night Earth made me cry a tad.

American eulogy did it for me. You get that bitter statement of disillusionment in "mass hysteria," that dramatic solo linking the two parts, then the defiance of "modern world.". It's like "all this may have screwed me up but fuck you," lot of emotional energy going on.

Last of the American Girls does much of the same. It's more because I feel so similar to the girl described in the song.

The first time I listened to the album I was practically bawling throughout the entire first act, really just because I was still so moved at how Green Day has a new album. And then the next dozen or so times I listened to 21 Guns I was completely in tears throughout the whole song. It almost seems like the kind of song you'd commit suicide to. :/

I don't get as emotional as I did then but I starting crying during iViva la Gloria! the other day just because of how beautiful that song is.

21st Century Breakdown- Just the whole track sums up the whole record and the lyrics.

Before The Labotomy- Just how the intro is very emotional then it can go into a part of saying "im not stoned im just fucked up... then the like refugees, back into the emotional intro.
