iHasan Posted May 22, 2009 Posted May 22, 2009 Any chances that we might be able to listen to those two songs. Both were mentioned in magazines.1.Drama Queen was dropped for some reason but still thinking if it'd be available as a B-Side2. Wonderful,Butch Vig mentioned in the interview that 1000s of bands would die to get their hands on this song.Really looked forward to it but we won't be able to listen to this oneI'm pretty much sure 'drama queen' would be a B-Side whereas there seems to be no hope for the song "Wonderful"
Alan86 Posted May 22, 2009 Posted May 22, 2009 Yeah i think drama queen could be released as a B-side for one of the singles. I think they will hold on to wonderful for another album cause apparently it doesn't fit in with the story of 21st CB all that well
Greenday_Aussie Posted May 22, 2009 Posted May 22, 2009 If Guns is going to have a bside, it will be Drama Queen. I'll put money on that. I dont think there are many bsides (god knows why, alot of demos, which most band release, people would JIZZ over Green Days demos, because they'd be very raw)
baboonbottom Posted May 22, 2009 Posted May 22, 2009 not heard of wonderful mentioned at all! thats a new one on me! drama queen will defo b a b-side after nearly making the album! and i would expect march of the dogs, and maybe a song called class of 13 in the near future too, maybe im wrong!i read somewhere that billie joe had wrote near on 50 songs for this album, and 40 which he took to the studio and butch vig helped them pik the songs for the album, so if 40 songs went into the studio surely there are plenty of b-sides and demos that could be released, either way i feel it wouldn't suprise me if we saw the next green day album in early 2011! with all the material there already and maybe outtakes and lyrics from previous albums and also new material which i am sure they are writing all the time!!!i say bring them on anything and everything green day!!!!

Katarina. Posted May 22, 2009 Posted May 22, 2009 (^^ You know East Jesus Nowhere is MOTD right? They just changed the name..)I hope they'll release Drama Queen as a b-dside.
baboonbottom Posted May 22, 2009 Posted May 22, 2009 yeah cause they did they changed the name my mistake, drama queen will defo be, unless they save it! but i do expect 1 or 2 b-sides per single i honestly do!
musse Posted May 22, 2009 Posted May 22, 2009 I really hope they'll release Drama Queen... I wanna hear it ^^
Alan86 Posted May 22, 2009 Posted May 22, 2009 I think some of the extra songs that come with the singles might just be live tracks from the fox theater or something
IzButt Posted May 22, 2009 Posted May 22, 2009 YEAH I WAS WONDERING ABOUT DRAMA QUEENI was looking forward to hearing that song wtf. I hope it's released as a B-side. The title makes me laugh.
Insomniac186 Posted May 22, 2009 Posted May 22, 2009 Drama Queen may not have even been finished, since the band was tweaking the album until the last minute. If it was then there is no reason it shouldn't be a B-side. Chances are though, the 21 Guns B-side will be a song we've never heard of, like Lights Out and Hearts Collide were.
xVanessa86x Posted May 23, 2009 Posted May 23, 2009 I thought Drama Queen was suppose to be Desperate or Murder City's original title before they changed it but now I'm excited to hear what it's going to sound like and Wonderful... I've never heard about that song but can't wait to hear that either.

TheBullwinkle Posted May 23, 2009 Posted May 23, 2009 I'm hoping the "21 Guns" single will have one of these (if not both) as a b-side.
Muttweed182 Posted May 23, 2009 Posted May 23, 2009 God I wanna hear both sooooo fucking bad. I want real b sides this album. I don't want stupid live tracks. Come on Green Day throw the fans a bone
TheBullwinkle Posted May 23, 2009 Posted May 23, 2009 Come on Green Day throw the fans a boner I second that.
CarmenPunkGirl Posted May 23, 2009 Posted May 23, 2009 If Butch Vig said that 1000s of bands would die to get their hands on Wonderful....then i'd die to hear it
SimonRamone Posted May 23, 2009 Posted May 23, 2009 Why can't we make like a list of signatures and send it to Warner or whatever, Green Day might listen and release both Drama Queen and Wonderful If they don't know the fans want it, then they'll never release them either!
