Jason Alvarez Posted May 20, 2009 Posted May 20, 2009 Does anyone think that Green Day will release a live audio/video album again? First, I hope they do and I think they will. How about you? What do you think?
Mommy's Little Nightmare Posted May 20, 2009 Posted May 20, 2009 Who knows?I'd rather see them release Heart Like A Hand Grenade before another live dvd again, though.
.Brian Posted May 20, 2009 Posted May 20, 2009 Who knows?I'd rather see them release Heart Like A Hand Grenade before another live dvd again, though.agreed.
music_that_is Posted May 20, 2009 Posted May 20, 2009 I think they will. But yeah, I'ld rather see the release of HLHG first.
Hermione Posted May 20, 2009 Posted May 20, 2009 Well after hitting it big it took them what, 5 albums and over a decade to release one live album! So I kind of doubt they'd do another one any time soon. But I'd love it if they did.Who knows?I'd rather see them release Heart Like A Hand Grenade before another live dvd again, though.YES
Jason Alvarez Posted May 20, 2009 Author Posted May 20, 2009 Actually, Green Day has put out 6 live albums. Live at Gilman Street for Kerplunk, Live Tracks, Bowling Bowling Bowling Parking Parking, and Foot in Mouth for Dookie/Insominac, Tune in Tokyo... for Warning, and Bullet in a Bible for AI.

Live at Gilman Street for Kerplunk, Live Tracks, Bowling Bowling Bowling Parking Parking, and Foot in Mouth for Dookie/Insominac, Tune in Tokyo... for Warning, and Bullet in a Bible for AI.Aren't they bootlegs though? I never thought Green Day put them out themselves, but I could be wrong I'm not sure.
Hellcat Posted May 20, 2009 Posted May 20, 2009 I would personally like to see a dvd simular to Live on The Murder Scene or whatever MCR'S dvd boxset was where they had a documentary on the band then a live performance on another dvd.I know biab had some interviews and stuff but a more in depth one would be better.I think their at the right point in their career to release something like this.

Hellcat Posted May 20, 2009 Posted May 20, 2009 Aren't they bootlegs though? I never thought Green Day put them out themselves, but I could be wrong I'm not sure.yeah their unofficial japenese releases i think.or bootlegs released for retail sale.biab is the only official live album.
belinda jane Posted May 20, 2009 Posted May 20, 2009 nah, i agree with hellcat.i wanna see something more in depth, similar to 'riding in vans with boys' but just green day.
Swedish_Idiot Posted May 20, 2009 Posted May 20, 2009 I would love a DVD where they play 21stCB from start to finish. That would be awesome.

Guest Posted May 20, 2009 Posted May 20, 2009 I'd want another one, but an uninterrupted concert with a separate behind the scenes or whatever like Paramore's, Fall Out Boy's MCR's. But yeah, HLAHG first =]
Kryssi. Posted May 20, 2009 Posted May 20, 2009 Speaking of HLAHG, it appears to be getting a release on DVD later this year, if we have anything to go by in Kerrang.....
