SynthwaveTrooper Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 HAHA! I remember that interview when i turned on mtv in 94'
Hermione Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 Fucks sake not the US only again!Luckily I've seen it before on youtube although it's probably gone now. And I believe it's in the download links here somewhere, I shall have a look...Yup it's in the interviews section:http://www.megaupload.com/?d=A1OT3WHE
dallasthemenace Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 too bad it was just a clip and not the full interview....
Daughter.of.Rage.and.Love Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 Aww that's cute Thanks for posting And I love MTV for not recognizing me as being not from the US
Ila Reto Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 i know this is going to sound rather...silly, of me, but lollike i started tearing up a bit- i mean i was listening to 21stCB album and then paused it to watch this clip, and it was like a shock to me y'know? like we as fans probably ignore the change, looks and music wise, passing it off as different "eras", but when you let one of the early eras collide with the newest era it's kind of emotional (at least, for me i suppose). im an official goober xD
Hermione Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 ^I know exactly what you mean, you put it into words just right! I feel a similar way when I watch them playing something like Going To Pasalaqua in the AI era. There's something poignant about seeing the differences and similarities between the old and new, I suppose it's a nostaglia thing. You're no goober
Princess Consuela Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 i know this is going to sound rather...silly, of me, but lollike i started tearing up a bit- i mean i was listening to 21stCB album and then paused it to watch this clip, and it was like a shock to me y'know? like we as fans probably ignore the change, looks and music wise, passing it off as different "eras", but when you let one of the early eras collide with the newest era it's kind of emotional (at least, for me i suppose). im an official goober xDThat was not silly at all. I feel exaclty the same. It always kind of melts my heart when I see those old interviews or photos. Even when I listen to their first albums. Now I feel silly
Sharmellow Posted May 13, 2009 Posted May 13, 2009 What a bummer. It won't let me watch it because I don't live in US.I'll try to search it up on youtube.
dallasthemenace Posted May 13, 2009 Posted May 13, 2009 yeah, i liked the "we dont even read..." thing...i also liked the denial of playing acoustic on the mtv raw interview the following year....."did I say that?"
Tiffx Posted May 13, 2009 Posted May 13, 2009 'I mean, we don't even read o_O' lol they say it like it's the most craziest thing they've ever heard.
Guest Hayley Posted May 13, 2009 Posted May 13, 2009 Oh nice, I have never seen this video before, thanks for posting
