Nele Posted May 9, 2009 Posted May 9, 2009 Never heard of them, nor do I go to any of those shows, but nice anyway that we know another supporting act
Chad is Rad Posted May 9, 2009 Posted May 9, 2009 I haven't really heard much of The Bravery, but from what I have heard I didn't really like it...but then again I really don't remember how their music sounds very well.I guess I'll just have to check them out again, because this is who's playing with them when I see them. Not too excited about it...
iLozza! Posted May 9, 2009 Posted May 9, 2009 Who the...?I can't comment on these, but from what I've heard so far, GD haven't picked awfully good bands for their supporting acts... Kaiser Cheifs
Eirik Posted May 9, 2009 Posted May 9, 2009 Just checked their Myspace, they're not on tour with Green Day during that time period....
amy_runs Posted May 9, 2009 Author Posted May 9, 2009 Just checked their Myspace, they're not on tour with Green Day during that time period....It was posted on greenday.com so I assume it's official
iLozza! Posted May 9, 2009 Posted May 9, 2009 This ... is going to suck balls. I feel sorry for you US guys... it's scaring me who's going to support them on the UK tour...It can't get any worse than the guys in the U.S have....I hope.Hopefully we should have a GOOD supporting act.
Eirik Posted May 9, 2009 Posted May 9, 2009 It was posted on greenday.com so I assume it's officialWell, i feel bad for their fans then, as they have other tour dates announced on their Myspace. :/
Boston Posted May 9, 2009 Posted May 9, 2009 Talk about a triple let down. The Bravery is the worst of the three, and I have to sit through them.
farley drexel hatcher Posted May 9, 2009 Posted May 9, 2009 I reeeeeally didn't see them as even remotely the kind of band you'd expect to open for Green Day ... I hope we get some better bands here. Although to be honest the support acts never really bother me.
Red Lights Flash Posted May 9, 2009 Posted May 9, 2009 It can't get any worse than the guys in the U.S have....I hope.Hopefully we should have a GOOD supporting act. I've seen Franz Ferdinand live, they were great. They're a really big band in some European countries.Never heard of The Bravery though.
xVanessa86x Posted May 9, 2009 Posted May 9, 2009 Damn... why couldn't the Kaiser Chiefs be the whole time or someone better? =( well I don't mind just as long as they are good and Green Day plays it will be okay

Although to be honest the support acts never really bother me.The only time a supporting act really bothered me was when I saw Underoath before TBS. I'm glad its not someone like that.
Guest Shangri-La Posted May 9, 2009 Posted May 9, 2009 Well, i feel bad for their fans then, as they have other tour dates announced on their Myspace. :/Whoa, that's really weird! Maybe they're in the process of canceling their tour now..i don't dislike the bravery i just think it's a weird choice to support green day. i wishhhhhh the bouncing souls would sell out already and tour with them.

I thought the Bouncing Souls were going to be a supporting act? Or was that just a rumour?
