However on the conformation email it says all tickets must be picked up after the doors open the night of the show. Does that mean we can't pick them up before the doors open or is it just saying that all the tickets must be picked up? I'm going to a the show in Boston in July and tickets go on sale this Saturday at 10am est, do I have to order them online or can I call, this is important because it's either me buying the tickets or my friends girlfriend and I have a little issue with credit cards online... The relative ease it was to get Floor Seats for San Diego was astonishing, and the process was quick and smooth. You guys think this i bad? Try Radiohead, where they dont announce the pre-sale time. Then fans have to stay up for 10 hours, and tickets go on sale a 4am in the morning (it's random).Then, the site crashes - and all tickets sell out in 1 min, as people make for a mad dash. The only show I was trying for today that had me a little worried was Seattle, and it's not sold out yet. Sure glad I wasn't going for Monosodium Glutamate! That sold out so fast, and I know it was disappointing for people trying to get those. But at least there are still regular sales for that show. Hopefully everyone from here who wants to go will be able to get tickets.
