He gets on at freakin' 1:30 am and he just isn't funny...His audience members are paid, or at least used to be for a time being. I was in New York about 6 years ago and there was a line outside of NBC. I knew Conan wasn't taping that week, so I wondered what the people were waiting for. I asked someone and they said they were waiting for Conan tickets. Finally an NBC page came outside and told the line that Conan wasn't taping that week, but the people can see Carson Daly if they wanted. Everyone in the line left. I laughed.
