Countrygirl Posted August 28, 2007 Posted August 28, 2007 I don't know if this has been asked or if I'm in the wrong section but I'm sorry if I am. I bought all Green Day's albums on Itunes and I never actually bought the CDs. I was wondering if there's a CD booklet with pictures or lyrics and if someone could put it on here so I can see what it looks like. Any of the albums' booklets would be nice. Thank-you very much!
FJ Posted August 28, 2007 Posted August 28, 2007 That's why I prefer to buy a physical CD. You get the booklet, which download chumps don't get!
Darkshine Posted August 28, 2007 Posted August 28, 2007 ^ yeah i agree with u uhm....u told about something like this ?

MusicalDeviant Posted August 28, 2007 Posted August 28, 2007 That's why I prefer to buy a physical CD. You get the booklet, which download chumps don't get!I conquer. Plus, if you look hard enough, its possible to find rare green day CD's like singles and such. I know my Nimrod CD was a pre-release, meant only to be heard by record executives and other suits in the music business. I don't know how my brother got it, but its been on our CD self since 97.....and my brother was only 15 at the time.

FilmAdaptation Posted August 28, 2007 Posted August 28, 2007 Actually, albums are starting to come with digital booklets, so they do come with the booklet too.
katie Posted August 28, 2007 Posted August 28, 2007 yeah i was going to say dont they come with the digital booklet ?either way, i've seen scans of some of the booklets in the picture section.. but that was at least a year + ago. so your best chance would be maybe photobucket ?people don't always title them obviously so it's harder to find
mmmcrazypills Posted August 28, 2007 Posted August 28, 2007 I love having the physical thing.I don't feel like uploading them all right now but if you can't find them message me and I suppose I'll do it.
CarnageXB Posted August 28, 2007 Posted August 28, 2007 well i all i know is that i wont buy whole albums from itunes do to the drm protected. i want alwayys the mp3.
Trotsky Posted August 28, 2007 Posted August 28, 2007 That's what you get for buying from evil corporations.
gdblink182 Posted August 28, 2007 Posted August 28, 2007 ^agreeim such an album lover. i could never download an entire album off of itunes or just download it for free.
Agija Posted August 29, 2007 Posted August 29, 2007 That's why I prefer to buy a physical CD. You get the booklet, which download chumps don't get!I agree.
Morgaine Posted August 29, 2007 Posted August 29, 2007 If you mean only the covers, then it's easy to find them using Google. But if you mean the whole booklet scans, with lyrics etc... nooo, I'm at work and I can't scan them now.And yeah, that's why I always buy physical CDs.
queen_for_a_day05 Posted August 29, 2007 Posted August 29, 2007 That's why I prefer to buy a physical CD. You get the booklet, which download chumps don't get!I agree with you there. If you are a true fan of Green Day you would go out and buy all of the actual album instead of downloading them and not having the actual cd to show for it. I went out and bought all of their albums and I am so glad that I did You just have something to show that you are a true fan of them.

St. Guro Posted August 29, 2007 Posted August 29, 2007 That's why I prefer to buy a physical CD. You get the booklet, which download chumps don't get! Agree!
wtsrname Posted August 29, 2007 Posted August 29, 2007 Not saying for sure, but I think scanning/photo copying the entire booklet and putting it online is illegal.
saurus Posted August 29, 2007 Posted August 29, 2007 i dont download music, it'd be to depressing each time my computor crashed - normally resulting in most of the files dissappearing. plus i like browsing through the booklets.
cocopot Posted August 29, 2007 Posted August 29, 2007 I bet one day CD's will be a thing of the past. I've always found something "comforting" about having the actual cd case and booklet, knowing its the offical "thing". Then again, i do download the odd song.
