Relavar Posted June 16, 2007 Posted June 16, 2007 Okay, I'm going to generalize this. How did all of your experiences go at whatever amusement parks you've been too? If you've been to any.
Boston Posted June 16, 2007 Posted June 16, 2007 Someone should merge this and the roller coaster thread into an amusement park thread. To answer your post, I've never heard of King's Island. Where is it?

Amanda Posted June 16, 2007 Posted June 16, 2007 How about you edit the name of this park into your first post and then we can make this a topic about amusement/theme parks in general. You'll get more replies than waiting for people who have been to Ohio to post.
randomness Posted June 16, 2007 Posted June 16, 2007 i've never heard of the place, and i live in the UK anyway. only people who live in or around Ohio have probably been, which narrows your replies down a lot.
Relavar Posted June 16, 2007 Author Posted June 16, 2007 alright.Adeline, go ahead and change the title to theme parks.

randomness Posted June 16, 2007 Posted June 16, 2007 i remember when i was about 8, i went to pleasurewood hills. i went to brownies and it was a trip with them. so me and and a friend went on this ride. i can't remember much, as it was over 10 years ago, but it was this little cubicle, like an enclosed ferris wheel car, but smaller, and when we got in there was only one seat. i don't remember there being anything like a seat belt to keep you in the seat either but there probably was. i let my friend have the seat, and i just sorta tried to squeeze myself in the bit where you're supposed to put your feet. there was like nothing to hold on to, and the ride went upside down. so there was me, riding this ride that goes upside down without anything to hold me in place. it was shit scary, i remember screaming "i'm too young too die" how they let 2 kids get in when it was obviously 1 person per carriage is beyond me, health and safety must have been a lot less strict back then.
Rita Posted June 16, 2007 Posted June 16, 2007 I've never been to any theme parks. :/ That sounds like fun.
sharpies123 Posted June 16, 2007 Posted June 16, 2007 I've only been to Kings Dominion and Hershey Park. In my opinion, Kings Dominion is way better then Hershey Park. The Drop Zone is my favorite at K.D.
