IIf they did a good job writing a complete foreign language translation for the song, then yeah! Sometimes literal translations sound weird and don't make sense.

It would be different but i like Billie Joe's voice just the way it is. It wouldn't sound the same.

Well. I haven't listened to Green Day all year.

WTF? I struggled being deprived of them for a week!

He ones said something like "What has two thumbs, speaks french and love f*** Ups? Moi!" If that's what you mean.....

Yeah  I think that's where I heard it - my memory sucks!

Sure, It would be great for Green Day's treasures to be shared with a wider variety of cultures, but listening to those songs in some creepy annoying remixes would drain all the living passion you feel every time Billie Joe lays out a vocal, the lyrics wouldn’t make sense and the overall ora and magic spark of the band could loose the right to that thought, or be overshadowed by an ' international sensation' type of reputation - I just couldn’t see it happening.

a friend heard the beginninng of stuck with me, and said "hey! that's the song they sing in spanish, no?", and i was life "wtf?"

that's "Do you have the time to listen to me whine?" :eyebrows:

if anyone knows a language besides english they should post a song translation here...(although no one can understand them)

DOMINATED LOVE SLAVE

e adoro sentirmi volgare

adoro quando mi fai male

e allora affonda questi ganci

ok stop it sound really bad
