longview timer Posted February 16, 2006 Posted February 16, 2006 which green day song has the power to change the world? we all know songs like: we are the champions, or we will rock you,. But is there really a revolutionary green day song? I think that are we the waiting is one. It illustrates their peak in their carrer, I fonldly love that song, and it should be something that everybody and their mothers are singing. Now im not meaning propoganda, but just well, a revolution, It has the pwer to change the world.. in your voice, which green day song has the pottential to do so, to become a revolution

greendaygirl191 Posted February 16, 2006 Posted February 16, 2006 Are We The Waiting is deffinetally not my favorite song by GD. I dont know. They all have there fine points.
zephyremogirl Posted February 16, 2006 Posted February 16, 2006 definatly minority....lurve that song!
woven_basketcase Posted February 17, 2006 Posted February 17, 2006 none seem too revolutionary/memorable, yet.....AI caused stir, and stuff....but it won't be remembered as much as say "We Will Rock You" or anything.
zoki Posted February 17, 2006 Posted February 17, 2006 Same here, american idiot and good riddance. Because, everyone can relate to good riddance in some way or another, and american idiot because it raised awareness in something that needed to be talked about.
ageofhysteria Posted February 17, 2006 Posted February 17, 2006 LIFE DURING WARTIMEThat's Pinhead Gunpowder. I'd have to say Good Riddance.
TotalBasketCase13 Posted February 17, 2006 Posted February 17, 2006 Good Riddance is the only song I can think of right now...
ykelly1 Posted February 17, 2006 Posted February 17, 2006 Minority.Personally, I think that song was more politically charged than AI.
