I saw this at 4am and....

Only listened once, but it seemed fake and I really didn't enjoy it at all.  Maybe because I was suspicious of it's origin, maybe because it's musically just not my jam.   First impression is this is the worst song I've ever heard Jillie Bow Legweak sing on but......I need some time with it.  Maybe I'll warm up to it, maybe....it's not for me and others will love it.

hmm... I just took a listen to this 3 minutes ago. It's not bad but i don't think it's that good, in my own opinion. Definitely might be a grower. But again it's not bad, so i'll just say it's at least nice. Thanks money coffee legweak

Not easy at all and no one is/was like Bowie, so this is a tough task. I really enjoy hearing Billie Joe give it a try and wholeheartedly appreciate getting this stuff from him ❤️

What a wild thing to say. Nothing proves that David Bowie ever slept with underaged girls. He specifically refused to kiss Jennifer Connelly in Labyrinth because of her age, and he had a long string of girlfriends and boyfriends and all of them were full grown adults. Predators don’t sleep with children once and then start dating adults, it’s a repetitive and recognizable pattern.

And bringing up the Joey scandal is completely unnecessary, but so is comparing a 22yo kid, dating a 16yo younger kid to a full grown adult grooming a child.

So having listened quite a few times to this, albeit not yet on quality headphones, I’m actually changing my mind on who sings which part and I see Jakob just posted that they shared the vocals.  I said a short while ago I didn’t think they sounded that similar but I think I might have to take that back!

I admit I‘ve never quite understood the Joey „scandal“. The girl was 16 and he was 6 years older. Some girls that age are quite mature. As I can’t know anything more about their relationship I think it wouldn’t be fair to pass judgment from the „outside“ perspective.

So Heroes was recorded to commemorate the upcoming 50th season of Survivor. Why am I not surprised.

With the band due to open a major sporting event, not for the first time, the band seem to be the first choice to nominate an existing song or even write one for some sort of major event.

The last one being the song Underdog for soundtrack for a new animal series for National Geographic. There have been 17 other songs used for various soundtracks going back to 1995, some existing, others songs written specifically for soundtrack. And this year's no different. 

Nice one GD. Just shows how really special you continue to be even in the mainstream environment.

I was trying to figure out which parts were which singer, and I’m not entirely sure. I think they sound so similar! Have you listened to Jakob’s (as The Death Chat) song Lost at Sea? He sounds SO MUCH like Billie in that one!
